This is a four bedroom, 2 bath spacious house on the west side of Route 12 just south of Duck in the town of Southern Shores. NO LONG WAITS heading north on Route 12!

Walk or ride your bikes to the lifeguarded beach at Dogwood Trail (350 yards); if you prefer, you can park on side streets at the ocean with included hang tag. Ride or walk 2 miles on the paved bike path to the quaint & artsy town of Duck where there are lots of shops and a lovely soundside Boardwalk for lovely sunset walks along the sound. Lilly Beach House is close to many great restaurants and things to do.
