News is the property recently sold to a developer. After many wonderful years and memories here, the most recent with Scott and Irene as managers, and sadly, another cottage court may be gone. Our most recent stay was the night before we closed on our OBX dream, and because the closing was delayed we stayed another night. We champagne toasted the memories of the past and the excitement of the future.

My family and I have stayed at Oceanside Court several times over the last few years. We have always felt safe. The cabins are neat and clean, and the beach is excellent. Nick and Deb (managers) are most helpful and pleasant. You can even make arrangements with Nick to serve as your fishing guide.
They offer several efficiencies as well as the cabins, and their prices are very reasonable.
