We stay here every year before heading down to Hatteras.The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is very friendly, indoor/outdoor pools, continental breakfast, and love the beautiful views of the ocean, especially from the gazebo!

I spent part of my vacation in 2008 and 2008 at this motel. The rooms are nice and spaceous. They had an indoor and outdoor pool, spa, exercise room, and continental breakfast. Every thing was very clean and well maintain. My only complaint and it is minor is I found the indoor pool to be too cold.

Clean, friendly! this place is the best!
We have stayed at the Nags Head Inn which needs work.
Colony 4 is awesome

We originally were booked for the Clarion but, after reading reviews on Trip Advisor, decided to switch to Colony IV. What a wonderful place! The rooms are extremely clean and well cared for. The staff is courteous and helpful. They have an indoor and outdoor pool and even offer a continental breakfast each morning. They've done a complete makeover in the past year and it is fantastic! By the way, we stayed on the 4th floor of the tower building and the view was to die for! Go to Colony IV...you will not be disappointed.
