Kitchens of India, Paste for Butter Chicken Curry: it's all you need to make GREAT, easy chicken curry. Just follow the package instructions. Which is basically paste, water and chicken in a pan!
We do it with boneless thighs from Costco, and we add a couple of cans of green beans (yes, canned!) and some canned carrots too. You are looking for easy right?
You can double or triple this, and though it cooks in a pan, I make it early and transfer to a crockpot so I'm not rushing around at dinner.
Don't be fooled by the JARS of this stuff on the shelf near it. The paste is the best. Harris Teeter carries it.
