Wow, BF! Very odd, indeed. Had some snow yesterday at my home in VA on the mtn, but nothing stuck like what you have there now. 24 degrees up here now and wind is howling.

My son and fishing club friends heading down to HI this afternoon just in the nick, I think. He'll handle the situation if something needs to be done at the cottage in Frisco.

Headed down to check the RV and Boat. Its always a good sign when I can see the mast through the trees where its supposed to be.

Thanks Bent! We had all the underbrush and vines hogged out over the summer by a local guy with a big machine that could handle it. Now we can see all the way down to the ICW. You couldn't see past 10 feet before. It was just crazy vines and tangled masses of Pocosin-esque woods.

This is enough for me! I'm spending the month of February in Tampa, looking for a second residence. I might start spending the winters down there, maybe after Christmas until early April. And to think I used to spend thirty or more days a year sitting on chair lifts freezing my tuchas off!
