When I look at Google Maps, there isn't a lot of buildable land up in Corolla anymore that I can see. A few plots here and there. I drive up to Corolla about once a year just to see what's going on. Maybe 20 years ago(?) or perhaps a wee bit more it was pretty barren between Duck and Corolla. Now, not so much.
