Very cool, thanks for sharing...for you "pirate folks" there is a series (Black Sails) on Netflix that is "everything pirate" some Ocracoke references/footage (but I doubt actually filmed there - all South Africa I think)....historically, the writers take a few liberties, but the show is pretty good, albeit NOT for the faint of heart.

The book was a fun read.

As said above, "First in a series". Indeed. I was left wanting to start the next one right away.
