Monday traffic leaving Kitty Hawk today was crazy busy - like a Saturday. No wonder the bridge no longer backs up on Saturday, it looks like people are doing less Sat to Sat rentals these days. I think VRBO's and the like are changing the turnover days.

The three-car accident in Manteo (in the Outer Banks Voice story) with a fatality is believed to have started with a medical event, not speeding or impatience.
