We get flooding, storms and high seas every year but it seems that we also have a lot trash sitting on our seashore right now south of Oregon Inlet. Please, we need all the help we can get. If you are driving north or south on Rt. 12 find an opening, pull over, walk a little and help us clean this mess up. This time it's not construction lumber but household items like plastic items, glass containers, and fishing gear. There is a dumpster at the Visitors Center on Pea Island and also at the OI fishing pier. Thanks you for your help..
