I thought the day we were waiting for was 9/15. The day the speed limits go back up on Hatteras!

I thought the day we were waiting for was 9/15. The day the speed limits go back up on Hatteras! JohnMosesBrowning How lucky! They are 35 mph all year in Duck now. This time of year 45 mph would be fine once you clear Duck. Alas, we have been "dumbed down" to satisfy someone's whim of what needs to be done to insure traffic safety.
