Nothing posted in this sub forum in a long time so I thought I would share a great site that you copy/paste any recipe's ingredients into it, the number of servings, and it spits out the per serving nutrition numbers. If you don't like the numbers, go back and alter the fat amount or sugar amount or substitute a different ingredient and check it again. Really helpful, especially for figuring out what Grandma's Green Bean casserole recipe is gonna cost you in calories.
