Sis forwarded this to me from FB and I am so excited to try my hand at it. I have so many shells and will have to begin picking up the broken ones to make these ladies.

Love these shell creations. I'm also a collector and can't get enough shells! This one is really beautiful, too.

In the meantime, here's my latest project with some of my scallop shells and shark teeth. KelLovesOBX Oh wow! How beautiful! I just love the scallop shells and their colors! Nice blue background too! That is really a statement piece You're right, it's fun to try different projects and who knows how my shell people will turn out!

Speaking of seashells, I found this vintage mid century seashell hanging decoration at an estate sale a couple of months ago. ($3.00 and has the old metal wiring in it) They sell wildly on ebay and etsy for much more than I paid. This was a real find. I'm still trying to figure where I will hang it. I would like to find a place in the Frisco home for it if I can talk hubby into letting me put yet another piece of anything artwork-ish in that home.
