Took a screwdriver to get the old impellar out but amazingly it was not dry rotted Holy crap, I though it would have been dry rotted and turned to dust Lol
I might have missed it in the replies, consider changing out the thermostats along with the impeller.
...I just looked up the motor and based on the model number it is a 1973 which is strange because the title says the boat is a 75.
This can be a real bear on those old V4 OMC motors. I also try to only use GLM parts when working on the cooling systems of these models, they have great exploded diagrams on their website. Check out this link and it gives you a couple of options.Click to follow link...Good Luck!Darren
