Agree. We went a couple Fridays ago. They haven totally remodeled and cleaned up the building (formerly Pizza Hut), it looks great. And the service and food was outstanding! They're not doing delivery or call-in take out; if you want take out, you go in and order and wait. But we stayed and got a booth, will definitely go back!

RE: Peace of the Pie

So is it mainly pizza? Doesn't Mama Kwan's have something to do with them or am I wrong about that?

Tim,

It is my understanding that it is the same owners of both. I haven't tried them out yet, but I will be soon. I went in the week before they opened (they delayed a week) and the place looked fantastic.

RE: Peace of the Pie

The pizza looks good, but I cannot get past the spelling of Peace. Has the pie been restless? At war with other pies? Depressed or anxious? It doesnt make sense other than someone thinking its a cute play on Piece. And no, I am not one of the grammar police. I am the queen of typo's and misspelled words and poor sentence structure, but this just drives me nuts!

RE: Peace of the Pie

Maybe it’s Millennial pizza and it got triggered by reading the news and now needs a safe space to talk to a counselor and have some avacodo toast?

Just spit balling here.

Their logo is a peace sign over a big round pizza. Get it? From their facebook page: Click to follow link...

RE: Peace of the Pie

The spelling might make sense if you see the sign but since many of us are many miles away, it doesn’t. To me it sounds like an old hippy came up with the name and logo.

Hmm, not doing phone in take out? I can understand in season but now?

Went a few weeks ago. Sat at the bar and had a great time. Bartenders are wonderful. Tried the Shredder and the Corleone specialboth great. And they have a nice beer selection and prosecco on tap!
