Personal Trainer Recommendations?

I need a one on one situation with someone somewhere, to basically put me on a discipline and keep me plugging along. I've done yoga, tai chi and some pilates in the past... but I don't stick with things. smiley with shades

This would be at least a 6 month commitment - perhaps longer, depending on how quickly my body responds. I'm pretty flexible (at my age), but the strength, stamina and general tone is gone, from an old ankle/knee injury. Ankle can still be a little iffy.

Know anyone you'd recommend? I'm almost a rehab case!! Confused smiley
