Prairie Ales are from my neck of the woods. Lots of flavor. The Bomb is quite good.

You are very fortunate! I've only had a couple of their brews. Have had the Spagetti Western, Puncheon and Bomb. Bomb being the best. Not distributed in my home state of PA but do a little trading Whistle

HopYum, HopWallup, Ranger, Torpedo are a few of my favorite things. Had some British IPAs in Manteo last week. They were OK but can't say I liked them more than the American IPAs!

Torpedo is one of the most underrated and one of the best bargains in IPAs today.

Hey MM - that brewery is in the little town next to me - they're in Export, PA. They have one called Hala Kahiki which is a nice summer beer - a hint of pineapple.

I'm liking the Kentucky Bourbon process. When we were in Kentucky last month, we found a local beer that had the most delish remembrance of good bourbon. We bought it in Lexington. Kentucky Ale by Lexington Brewing company.

Yum. Thumbs up Beer
Right to left:
Fat Head's - Head Hunter IPA
Knee Deep - Citra Extra Pale Ale
Russian River - Pliny The Elder
Russian River - Blind Pig
Toppling Goliath - Psuedo Sue
Odell Brewing - Tree Shaker (peach IPA)
Just West Brewing (our home brew) - Pliny The Tiny
Victory - Hop Ranch
Sweetwater - 420 Pale Ale
Troegs - Scratch #143 (one off 4 "C" IPA)

Fat Head's Head hunter is pretty much a perfect beer. I know the brewer(matt cole), he used to brew for Rocky River Brewing Co. , a local resturant (no bottling, only growlers) then he got hooked up with the Fat Heads guys in Pitt. and opened his own place in the Cleveland Suburbs. it took a few years, but now they are bottling a handful of beers and have a "taphouse" location also...

have some saison of theirs also in the fridge.

In seach of Fat Head's Hop JuJu....

Also we are lucky enough to be near (45 minutes) from what is one of the hottest breweriers in the USA. Tired Hands Brewing in Ardmore PA. Was there 3 weeks ago and it was amazing. Food looked awesome as well. They also bake their own bread....
