Another month has gone by the wayside. 188.5 today which is down one-half pound - the last 5 pounds are very elusive - 3.5 to go to my target of 185.

Feels like I'm dieting everyday, but I'm not losing any weight. Looks like my diet has me maintaining my weight... no gain... no loss. If I could get some regular exercise I think I would start losing again.

...i managed to lose another 1.5 pounds this week...which isn't to bad because i was off of my exercise routine for three days...i am only 1/2 pound away from my original goal...and i hope to lose that by my doctor's appointment on tuesday... Frog ............

No, I'm still hanging in there. Having a good day today... 4 glasses of water this morning, 3 cups of black coffee, breakfast bar... 190 calories, vegetarian chilli with 5 crackers for lunch... 250 calories, trailmix snack this afternoon 150 calories... 2 glasses of water. We're cooking steaks on the grill tonight.

I'm not believing this. 6 days ago I was 202... having gained 4 pounds... so I really started watching it and I've had a good 6 days of dieting... no cheating. I was 197 yesterday morning and got one of my famous migraines. Mrs. Bluefish tells me I need to be more positive about things and so I tried to figure what could be positive about getting a migraine. This morning I stepped on the scales and was down another 2 pounds. Then it occurred to me... I have no appetite when I've got a headache - so I don't eat. Something positive! Maybe I ought to go on a "migraine diet"... not!

195 is my record low - and halfway to my 50 pound goal.

Congrats back to you vanative! We ate out last night. First time in quite awhile... and I don't even try to diet at a restaurant. The mahi mahi was very good, but a little salty. Wasted calories on fried mushrooms and I know ranch dressing wasn't "lite." Anyway, I'd been extra good the rest of the day and I was pleasantly surprised to find myself still at 195 this morning.

Eat way too much yesterday and way too many carbs. Up 3 pounds this morning. One of the nurses brought homemade spaghetti & bread to work for everyone yesterday and then came in with ice cream cake. Getting back on track and lowering my carb count back down less than 30 for today.

As of this morning I am down a total of 15.5 pounds. I calorie counted yesterday and eat 1220 calories. On July 5 when I started back dieting my weight had went up to 182 pounds. This morning I weighed 166.5 I'm down a total of 15.5 pounds. I still have alot more to lose. I want to get back down to 150-155. I also ran on the treadmill for 10 minutes. I'm out of shape thats for sure
