Checking In...

Hey all~ Just checking in to see how everyone is doing.. I am at a stand still with my weight loss.. Still working out all the time and back to walking each day as well. Hitting the treadmill when I am in the mood for it or running outside when the weather permits. Just so annoying that my scale is either moving the wrong way or not at all right now. Oh well, it will all work out eventually. I am definetly getting fitter so no complaints there.. Hope everyone else is doing well!

Not done so well the past couple of weeks. Trying to get back on track before I gain back everything I lost. I have put on about 3 pounds.

Weigh-in today - pleasantly surprised that I'm down 1.4 pounds from last week - still haven't read up enough on the exercise bands to use them effectively, but still riding the exercise bike 5 to 6 times a week.

Yep, and I have been eating things I shouldn't, but life sometimes is more fun enjoying with everyone else instead of happily munching salad while the rest of the fam devours pizza or ice cream.. LOL!
