Hi i know i'm not on time with your start date but can i join as well , but honestly dont want to post my weight ,, seriously, lets just say i have lots to lose, that being said are all of you on low carb ? The last time i tried that i was so weak for like 2 wks, although my weight came off i lost like 40 lbs and kept it off for over 2 yrs, I worry bout doing that again so maybe i'll do the point system of an old ww book i have, but keep a diary of food eaten.Is anyone on this living here ? I would like to start walking but enjoy the company as well,and being so out of shape would need someone that doesnt walk to fast , ok what day do you post your weight loss? and any good tips are greatly appreciated.
