I weighed in at WW last week..the first time in over a month, due to my mom having 5 dr's appointments on 5 Thursdays in a row, that I take her to.
I weighed in at 3 pounds below goal...but not a real surprise because according to my scale, I knew where I was at ahead of time.
I DO NOT plan on giving up my healthy eating habits, or my miles I walk everyday. I know that will just lead to it all coming back again!
To all who are still working at it..hang in there..it does work..and feels great!
