Come in, Kimco. Where is that picture of the week? You must be on vacation, or something. Where does someone who lives on the OBX go for a vacation?

I've got "spring fever"! It's been (finally) the absolute best weather of the summer out here at the Outer Banks, and I've been outside in my yard enjoying it. Haven't been to the beach lately so I don't have any new pics! To answer your question, where does someone from the Outer Banks go to vacation?... the Bahamas! But that't another story! If I posted my pics from THERE, you would never want to come HERE again! Sorry...I'll try to do better in the future!

Another wonderful picture Kim. Where was this one taken? It looks so pristine and inviting. I would love to have the chance to really explore the beaches of the Outer Banks one day.

Kim every time I hear a plane come by and if I am able I run out onto the deck hoping it is y0ours an you are on your way to the Inlet to take the onelong ago requested by yours truly but it never shows up, even when I am down on teh inlet, I see a plane circling out over the inlet and think there she is but Noooooooooooo, sigh!! :(
