I went past the Holiday Inn and Ramada in KDH today at 3pm. There must have been 50-60 Spectrum bucket trucks in the parking lots there. I have not seen that many bucket trucks even with a named storm near by. Is it all for the event this weekend??

My neighbor works for the utility locating company, so I'll as him as he should know. My guess is that they are rolling out fiber since they have real competition here now, but I haven't seen anything. I don't think it's weather related as they have been there for over a week as far as I'm aware.

Pogie sent me a message saying Spectrum is doing a big upgrade at night so to not disrupt service any more than they have to.

Tim, is that related to the construction at Neptune and the Beach rd? I'm used to 2 lights on the beach rd and I noticed the light is gone there. Not just out, but gone/removed! It was weird driving southbound and no light. I was asking myself "Did I just drive through the light and not notice it?" Ha Ha!

That street was blocked off from use yesterday I saw. I think they are replacing the poles that holds up the light. The Spectrum issue is much bigger if it needs 50+ bucket trucks.

They are replacing the traffic light there, nothing related to Spectrum
