Any local restaurants regularly offering fried soft-shelled crabs?
No fresh soft-shells this time of year, unfortunately. Some places have them frozen, and while it's not fancy, O'Neal's in Wanchese serves them year-round for lunch, and they're pretty tasty!

Have to add my praises for soft shells at O'Neals. They also make the best fried oysters I have ever had!
If I remember Awful Arthurs used to have them on the menu as well.
