It's not summer, but it's not far off. AND, AND,

Our replacement heat pump finally arrived after 6 or 7 weeks. YAY. The manufacturer's are either holding back or just being really slow to ramp up production.

The old one was 18-years-old and pretty much died of rust during the big snow storm. (The air handler worked and the backup heat worked and the cottage is little, so it wasn't a problem.)

Everything is slowing down these days. I'm assuming it handles AC also?? You'll need THAT soon. (;
