Question. In some towns like Kill Devil Hills you can now drive on the beach. Avalon pier is on this beach area in KDH. Can you drive under it? Just curious.

Yes, drive there there are already tracks in the sand and slow down and look. People are often under the piers and some nap in hammocks or sleep under the pier as well.
