Anyone know how to leave review for home we rented through Twiddy? Even logged in the website doesn’t have an option

I googled "Twiddy home rental reviews" and something came up alongside as Trustpilot. I read a couple of bad reviews on the Trustpilot site.

Twiddy sends a survey to each guest upon checkout.

It seems Twiddy ignores negative reviews of their homes and only posts the positive ones. I texted about an issue at our house and then sent an email 7 days later when the text was ignored, nothing! I never received a link to leave a review (Obviously because they knew it would be negative). I wasnt going to leave a negative review, I simply wanted to bring attention to some things in our house. They never responded. Interesting, since before our arrival date, they responded to everything very quickly. I will be leaving a review on google reviews or trust pilot or some where. (Our house was Life is Good in Duck NC). The owners need to know that Twiddy is not doing their job. They hide the negative reviews, they hide the fact that things are not being maintained. Afterall, it keeps them in their jobs, doesnt it?

Have rented with Twiddy twice and was disappointed with them overall. We always go with Village Realty. They have been excellent

Stayed in homes managed by a dozen rental management companies and those with pro-active owners are always the best. And just because something is amiss during your stay does not equate into the rental company doing a horrible job. I can't think of any business posting negative reviews for the products and services so why should you expect rental companies to be different. No matter the management company, you will find negative reviews from guests on Yelp, Google and the rest. We vacation with friends at least a couple times each year and always have a positive experience no matter what we could criticize about the house. We keep our expectations in check.

Rooted in PMs making the ill advised decision in the late 2000s recession to do away with security deposits. It opened the floodgates to damages not seen previously. Some people, unfettered by accountability, will absolutely destroy things without even small regard to the fact that they will ruin someone else's vacation - someone who also worked and saved for their time away.

Complicated now by the manufactured home issues being taught as a way to save on the cost of a vaction.

It all boils down to an erosion of trust that serve no one long term.

We’ve had just the opposite experience. Have never been disappointed with a Twiddy rental. The majority of Village Realty homes we’ve rented were dirty and/or rundown.
