Hi all this is Pickle and I'm not going to comment on my normal subjects but just want to give all my "Connection" friends a heads up on where I will be performing with several bands. On Nov. 2nd I will be with both The Riff Tides (50'/60's Oldies) and Just Playing Dixieland (New Orleans Brass Band Jazz) at the Kitty Hawk Elementary School Carnival. In addition there will be a Riff Tides Concert on Oct. 26th at the Unitarian Universalists Congregation Meeting House in Kitty Hawk on October 26th. Opportunities to hear some "Brands" of music not commonly heard on the Outer Banks. Love to meet all my Connection Friends.

Missed your gig, Pickle, at the end of August in the park. Will have to wait until the next time around.

Are you a brass guy?

Wow, Pickle! Sax is one of my favorites. Don't play it myself, but wish I could. My granddaughter does. Here's some Cannonball Adderley on alto sax you might enjoy, "Mercy, Mercy, Mercy" at Click to follow link... Live 1966.
