I've donated things to this place here in MA: https://www.freshstartfurniturebank.org/. Search to see if there's if there's a similar place near you.

We've also donated things to the following on OBX: https://www.obhotline.org/hotline-thrift-stores/.

It would help to know where the OP and furniture are located. If the furniture in in Charleston you can call the Salvation Army or Goodwill. Around here they and a few other places will send a truck to your home to pick up the furniture. A big problem here is people dropping off junk after hours that the charities then have to pay to have hauled off.

Upscale Resale - You will drive by the store coming and going to OBX. Most importantly, they will come and take your stuff. Then when it sells, you'll get some money for it. We replaced sofas a few years ago at our Corolla home. They picked up the sofas, and one sold quickly, and the other sold a couple months later. But it immediately cleared the way for the new sofas.
